Unsubscribe online

To unsubscribe from newsletter emails, sign in at labjack.com, go to your user account, then go to the Newsletter Subscriptions tab. Uncheck the box next to LabJack Newsletter and click Save.

To unsubscribe from forum notifications, sign in at labjack.com, go to https://labjack.com/forums, then click unsubscribe for each forum as desired.

Display Name

When posting in our forums or posting comments, your LabJack account Username is displayed by default. Instead, you can enable a Display Name to be used instead. To do so, go sign in at labjack.com, go to your user account, go to the Edit tab, then change the Display Name and click Save.

Log Data

Like many website operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to improve our website and products. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, etc.) and this enables us to better serve users. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). For most of the data LabJack stores about you, sign in at labjack.com, go to your user account, then go to the following tabs:

• Order history tab
• Returns tab
• Address Book tab

Using these tabs, you can view, update, or delete most of the data that LabJack stores about you.

LabJack may also store additional information about you, such as shipping preferences, that you have communicated to us.

Receive your data by email

For the LabJack account you want your data from, please:

1. Email us (support@labjack.com) from that LabJack account's email address. Please include "Receive LabJack account data" in the subject.
2. Please specify in the email if you would like to receive all of your data or a specific part of your data.
3. Please specify in the email if you are located in the European Economic Area and are thus protected by the EU General Data Protection Regulation. If so, you may be entitled to receive your data in a portable, common, and machine-readable format.

Update your details by email

For the LabJack account you want you want to update data for, please:

1. Email us (support@labjack.com) from that LabJack account's email address. Please include "Update LabJack account data" in the subject.
2. Please specify in the email what data you would like to be corrected

Delete your account by email

For the LabJack account you want deleted, please:

1. Email us (support@labjack.com) from that LabJack account's email address. Please include "Delete this LabJack account" in the subject.

If the LabJack account you want to be deleted has ordering information that you want to be associated with a different LabJack account, please:

1. Email us (support@labjack.com) from that LabJack account's email address. Please include "Delete this LabJack account and re-associate ordering information" in the subject. In the email body, include the email address of the LabJack account that you want us to re-associate the ordering info to.
2. Also email us from the email address of the LabJack account that you want us to re-associate the ordering info to. Please include "Re-associate ordering information" in the subject.

Restrict processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area and are thus protected by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may request that we restrict processing on your account. To do so:

1. Email us (support@labjack.com) from that LabJack account's email address. Please include "Restrict this LabJack account" in the subject.

Miscellaneous
